1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FutureTecAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 Service Description
FutureTecAI provides AI-powered tools to create, transform, and enhance images and videos, including style templates, motion effects, and related creative features. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Service or comply with legal requirements.
3 Data & Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:
- Processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Facial or likeness analysis, when used, is for requested visual effects only and is not used for identification or unrelated profiling.
- Uploaded source media is handled in line with our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
4 Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
- Credits: Certain features consume credits. Credit packs and subscription benefits are described in the app at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Charges are billed to your Apple ID account.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple App Store policy.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Impersonate others, violate privacy rights, or generate deepfakes intended to deceive or harm.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations and pursue available legal remedies.
6 Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service — including software, designs, trademarks, templates, and underlying technology — belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for lawful personal purposes.
7 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and modify your content solely to provide requested features. This license ends when you delete applicable content from our systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
AI-generated outputs may be subject to usage restrictions described in the app. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
8 Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI results may be imperfect or unexpected; you assume all risks from your use of the Service and generated content.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10 Miscellaneous
- Amendments: We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
